Final part of the GRAVE DANCE excerpt and news on the release party



  I can't believe we are at 11 days and counting until the release of GRAVE DANCE. Which means it's time to share the final excerpt from the book. The first section of chapter two is now live on the excerpt page. I hope you enjoy!

In the next couple days I'll be announcing my blog tour. Things have been so busy that I'm a bit behind on my scheduling, but be on the look out for dates and locations.




And speaking of tours, have you heard about the FANTASTICAL MYSTERY TOUR? This huge, five author event that will have two panels, a question and answer session, goodies, a signing, and door prizes--including a FREE NOOK (or equivalent gift card)! It will be Saturday, July 9th from 5:00-8:00pm at the Barnes and Noble on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC. This event will also double as the official release party for Grave Dance, so as you can guess, I'm super excited. Here is some more information:

Event Schedule:
5-6pm: Short panel and an open-forum question and answer with the attendees.
6-7:30pm: Book Signing followed by the drawing for door prizes.
7:30-8pm: short panel geared toward writers and those interested in the writing process.

I am so excited for Grave Dance!

After I read Grave Witch my Nook lost the file and my brain lost the name of the book. I was pregnant at the time so I blame my scatter-brain on that.

I spent two months asking my bookish friends if they knew the name of the book "you know...with the woman who raises shades and there's a hot Fae FBI dude and Death is totally 'do-able'...???"

Finally I found Grave Witch again and picked up your other series as well. I'm also looking forward to the next Haven novel.

Hi there,

I was just nosing around Goodreads and I came across you. I admittedly haven't heard of you as an author, so glad I found you ( sorry about that) Blame it on the world being so large and the many many authors and books. I shall be giving Alex Craft series a read. But I have found you now:D
I love Stacia Kane Downside Ghosts series and other titles urban fantasy. Now with that little quote in above comment.... hmmm hot fae FBI dude...I am intrigued:D

Woohoo, how exciting! Can't wait to read Grave Dance. I've had it pre-ordered for a while. So wish I could make it to SC for the event. You and Faith are both must-read authors for me. :D

I can't see the new excerpt. I used the link but just got the old excerpt (which I reread yet again). Am I looking in the wrong place?
I know it's only a few days now, if Amazon UK get their copies on time, but I need my fix;)

What's Next?

A lot of people are writing to ask if Grave Destiny is the final book in the series. I'm very happy to report that no, this is not the end! Ace has contracted one final Alex Craft novel so that I can finish up the story. I'm currently writing the first draft, and while it has a tentative title, I'm not free to share it quite yet. I'll be turning in the 7th Alex Craft novel this September, so I anticipate it will be released late 2020 or early 2021 but will update you when I have more information. So, for those of you worried that this might be the end, worry not. There is more. I hope you are enjoying Grave Destiny!
